To create a new account, click on the "New User" button on the Login Dialog:
On the new account dialog enter a user name and a password.
Once the password has been typed in the first time, it must be re-typed again to unsure that no typing mistakes have been made.
Select the Encryption Level for the new account. Once the new account has been created, the user will be prompted to log in using the information entered.
